What this site collects
The community feedback form collects your name, email address, planning priorities, Airpark usage, an optional answer about whether you live near Shelby Park, optional written feedback, and any campaign or QR-code source included in the link you used. As you move through the form, answers entered so far are saved as an incomplete draft and associated with a random identifier stored in your browser.
Why it is collected
Survey information is used to understand community priorities, compare those priorities across broad patterns of use and nearby residence, improve the preliminary community vision, and understand where people leave the form. Your email helps keep the completed survey person-based: if the same normalized email submits again, the newer response replaces the earlier answers.
Updates and future support
Survey participation does not add you to an update or fundraising list. The “Keep me updated” and “I’m interested in helping support future Airpark improvements” choices are separate and optional. A choice saved in an incomplete draft is not treated as consent; consent is recorded only when you submit the completed survey. No donation functionality is present.
What is not collected
This version does not permanently store your IP address, use device fingerprinting, create advertising profiles, sell personal information, or publish individual responses. The random browser identifier is not an advertising ID and contains no personal information by itself. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may retain operational logs under its own service policies.
Who can see responses
Names, email addresses and individual comments are available only through a private administrative area protected by Cloudflare Access. Aggregate findings may later be shared publicly or with community partners, but personal information will not be included.
Retention and requests
Incomplete drafts are automatically deleted after 30 days. Completed responses are retained while they remain useful to the Airpark planning process. A specific retention period and contact address for completed-response access, correction or deletion requests must be set before public launch.
